On October 27^th, 2018, MB World Group organized a company trip for its staff to visit its Taman Sri Penawar Sales Gallery in Bandar Penawar near Desaru. The visit was planned to expose its staff firsthand in the Group’s 470-acre maiden township development project. MB World Group is a reputable local developer listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.

About 70 staff and management started the day with a visit to their project site before proceeding on to Hard Rock Desaru Coast for lunch followed by taking part in some activities on site. Staff and Management had fun working together moving as one throughout the activities to achieve the set goals.

“At MB World, we recognize employees’ hard work and dedication.  With Desaru being a popular tourist spot very close to our project site, we plan this 2-day trip to pamper our staff with a host of indulgence such as putting our staff overnight at Hard Rock Desaru Coast and sponsoring the entrance tickets to Desaru Coast Adventure Waterpark,” said Simon Sim, the Executive Director.

The highlight of the day was the themed company dinner “Flora & Fauna Night” which was held at Amansari Residence Desaru.  The management, guests and staff had the opportunity to dress their best to the theme and show up in a lifted spirit for an eventful evening while mingling and sharing experiences with one another.

The event began with staff striking their best pose having fun capturing their gaiety at the elegantly designed “Flora & Fauna” themed photo booth, giving staff the chance to create memories together.

During the welcome speech, Sim expressed his gratitude to all who have contributed to the success of the Group, and encouraged all to let their hair down to enjoy the evening.

While all guests were dining on the hearty spread of dishes hand-picked by the Chef, they were entertained with live band performance, little games hosted by the versatile emcee, lucky draw and best dress award presentation.
